We will be offering this at no cost to be held at a local Collage. The goal here is simple, come to the seminar and learn all you need to know about buying your house, town house or condo! We will cover everything from obtaining financing to closing date and cost and moving to your new home, as well as everything in between. There are numerous pitfalls you may get trapped in, bank fee's, insurance, closing dates and much more. You will leave the educational event knowing more than you thought you would ever need to know about purchasing a new home.
