My brother and I met Rob and Sandra through a member of the family and I must say we were very lucky to have such a connection! We were looking to purchase our first home together and what can normally be an extremely stressful and confusing process, was turned into a rather pleasant and exciting experience with the help of Rob and Sandra. The last time my wife and I bought a house was over twenty five years ago, so we were very green when we asked Sandra and Rob to sell our house and find us a new one out of town. They were recommended to us by our bank - I suspect our banker realized we needed someone special to look after us!
From the outset we were impressed by Sandra and Rob's professionalism, credentials and track record, but when you look past that there is much more. They took a genuine interest in our situation and needs, gave us sound advise on a wide variety of issues (Rob has an excellent knowledge of construction and spots potential problems from a mile away) and went an extra mile to secure the sale of our old house. They happily drove us miles into the countryside to look at properties they had selected whenever it was convenient for us. Initially we did not know what we were looking for so all those viewings must have been frustrating for them. At all times they were friendly, professional and quite frankly, pleasant to be around.
The bottom line is they delivered what they said they would - obtaining a good price for our old house and finding a new house forty kilometers away which we simply love. Did we ever disagree? Of course we did, bur rarely, and any differences were handled by them professionally, and with our best interest in mind.
My wife and I would recommend Sandra and Rob to anyone wishing to make their property transactions both successful and stress free. With the "Home Pro Team" they will be in good hands!

This was our second purchase with Sandra. Our first home purchase was in 2006 and Sandra helped us get the condo we wanted. Even then we found her service to be excellent. Sandra is a very thorough and meticulous realtor that covers every detail of a transaction. We found this very helpful and it made us feel comfortable with our purchase. So 5 years later, when it came time to sell our condo and find a house, there was no question which way to go. That was when we met Rob. Anyone needing to buy a home would be wise to use the services of Sandra and Rob. My wife and I were first time home buyers, but were very unaware of the complexities . Enter the Dynamic Duo. Their combined expertise and knowledge impressed my wife and I. We were put to ease the way they walked us through the home buying process. We discussed some of our criteria and off we went to view some homes. We looked at some condo units and found some with some potential problems. Sandra and Rob were not afraid to ask the tough questions. We found a home that my wife and I loved, we had a problem. Some of the documentation from the strata was incomplete and we could not obtain financing. Enter the Dynamic Duo again.
